Blues for Food Drive 2014

2014 Blues for Food Benefit Festival

October 18, 2014, Noon - 7:30pm

There is an old saying that goes something like, “there’s a lot of love in the Blues community”.  And on October 18, 2014, over 30 of Arizona’s top performing Blues artists will join forces to show the love, during an event to support our community.  Showing just how much love there is, bands not only donate their time, equipment and talent, they also donate food in order to play the event!

The event is the a Blues for Food Benefit Festival.  Its seven and one-half hour goal is to help raise awareness about the depth and breadth of hunger throughout our community, and to help feed Arizona’s hungry by raising donations for St. Mary’s Food Bank, the world’s first food bank.  View Arizona’s hunger facts here:

The 2013 event raised 4,387 Meals for Arizona Families!
